Based on a graphic score by Ju-An Hsieh, developed through real-time improvisation and sound processing.
Selected for presentation at ICMC 2026 (Hamburg, Germany).
Supported by the National Culture and Arts Foundation (Taiwan) – International Cultural Exchange Program, 2026.
Based on a graphic score by Ju-An Hsieh, this work uses the score as a visual starting point for transforming recorded sounds into electroacoustic textures and structures.
Selected for broadcast at Radiophrenia 2026, Glasgow, Scotland. The work will be broadcast between 7–20 September 2026.

An acousmatic work created from bubbling water sounds, gradually transformed into mechanical noise, fragmented textures, and unstable resonances
This is an exercise in Musique Concrète, with all sonic material sourced from a single recording of a piece of tissue paper and its immediate environment. Through various processes of editing, speed manipulation, and volume shaping, the inherently fragile nature of the paper unexpectedly morphed into a cold, mechanical sound world.
All sounds were sculpted from this single recording. No synthesizers or external effects were used.

“The artwork was completed one night in a forest amidst strong winds.”
The artwork titled “uu.u ..n..nf f .fo f …o. o.c c.u.se e d d dd… dd d” features random repetition, disassembly, and overlapping of unfocused letters, symbolizing the sound of the artwork – layered, blurred, and unfocused. The process of creating the sound involved:
1. Amplifying various sounds using a recording device, such as wind, rustling leaves, and branches, in large quantities and layers.
2. Using sound processing software to adjust the EQ frequency and direction of listening. These two processes of creating the sound represent the blurred and unfocused feeling we experience when recalling memories of the past.
Selected for presentation at soundpedro 2023, San Pedro / Los Angeles, USA.
